Then, we review the likely causes and create a scope of work for testing & inspection based on my knowledge of HVAC systems & Building Science.
A summary report will be created following a consultation, including any inspection findings, test results, and recommendations.

- Inspect & test functional components for wear / degradation.
- Verify accessory safety switches are operational & drains are clear and properly installed.
- Measure static pressure in the system & document airflow.
- Document heating / cooling performance and delivered capacity.
